CTIA: InfoGin And Microsoft In Mobile Services Agreement

Author: James Cameron

InfoGin are to provide Web and content adaptation functionality for Microsoft’s Live Search Mobile service following a licensing agreement announced today at CTIA. As a result of the agreement, any Website reached on a mobile device through Microsoft Live Search Mobile will be rendered by InfoGin. The deal is a coup for InfoGin and certainly backs up Microsoft’s intentions in the mobile space. Eran Wyler, CEO & Founder of InfoGin put it this way “The licensing deal and its scope indicate the strategic importance of the mobile market to Microsoft. I believe that together with InfoGin, Microsoft is well positioned to provide the ultimate search and browsing experience, regardless of the device type.”

Peggy is due to meet up with InfoGin at CTIA so look out for her in-depth analysis next week
